How to Make:
Rafuti is Okinawan-style pork belly meat slowly-simmered in a sweet and savory sauce. It is often placed on to of Okinawa soba. It is one of the representative pork dishes in Okinawa. This product is three carefully boiled pork pieces. It's soft enough to be cut with chopsticks, and it has a delicious taste that melts in your mouth.
・You can put the bag in boiling water and warm it for about 5 minutes.
・Or you can remove the meat from the bag, transfer it to a microwave-safe container, cover the container, and heat it up until hot (heating times vary). Please take caution when heating up depending on the wattage of your microwave. Do NOT heat up the product in the bag as-is in the microwave.
・Add this meat on top of Okinawa soba or other noodle dishes, eat as a side dish or enjoy with beer.
Storage: Store unopened at room temperature avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity. Once opened, please consume it as soon as possible.
