How to Make:
'Jotomun' or often shortened to 'joto' means something is good quality, high grade, or just great! in the Okinawan dialect. This mix is called Jotomun Sata Andagi mix because it was milled using carefully selected ingredients (all joto, of course!). This sata andagi mix is blended with pure sweet potato/beni-imo powder. High-quality beni-imo potatoes were selected to give the donuts a nice texture, beautiful light purple color, and classic sweet potato flavor. You can make about 12 pieces in one bag.
