How to Make:
This mixed powder makes it easy to make delicious "Hirayachi" simply by mixing water and eggs. Hirayachi is an Okinawan home dish that is often eaten during typhoons because it is easy to cook. You can enjoy three types of texture, "mochiri", a texture similar to mochi, "fluffy", and "moist" depending on how you make it. Add leeks, chives, tuna, etc. to make it even more delicious! Also, when eating, definitely pair it with sauces such as soy sauce, hot sauce, or mayonnaise.
Avoid storing in a high temperature, high humidity place. Keep out of direct sunlight. It is best to store in temperatures under 25℃ (77℉).
Once open, regardless of the expiration date, please consume as soon as possible. In order to avoid high humidity and insect damage, keep in a tightly closed container.
