We deliver to any Japanese address within Okinawa prefecture. Please provide us your address with the map coordinates to make it easier for our delivery staff.

We offer delivery/pick-up to all base gates for customers without a Japanese address who live in Okinawa. Further instructions for delivery will be included in an email sent to the e-mail address provided.

We deliver to any Japanese address within Japan that the Japan Post will deliver to. If you are unsure if Japan Post delivers to your Japanese address, please contact the Japan Post.

We apologize, but we currently cannot deliver to addresses outside of Okinawa within Japan without a Japanese address.

*Prices and shipping rates may vary and differ from our domestic site, kenkoroot. Some products, for example the veggie box, are not available for international shipment and may not be listed on the international site.

Depending on your selected shipment method, your order may or may not have a tracking number. Please contact us if you want to inquire about the status/location of your order.
We do not accept returns, therefore, have a selective refund policy. If your order was broken or an item was missing, please send us picture evidence or information within 3 business days and we will investigate your case. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
All orders are non-returnable due to hygienic and shipping reasons.
Customer support is limited during weekends and holidays. Orders made before Friday may be shipped during the weekend to the customer.
